Since they are opinion based, they are seeking to understand you better. The only right answers are the truthful ones from you.
I don't think there is a right way or wrong way to answer unluss you know what parameters a specific comapany has setup that they are looking for. I, for example, pick the strongest agree or disagree 75% of the time. An employer may think positively about strong system of beliefs wheras another may think I am too bullheaded or resistant to change. The best thing you can do is answer how you honestly think you would feel about something in whatever situation you are being evaluated for. For example, if you were doing one for relationship counseling you would want your mindset to be about how you feel when you are actively involved in that relationship. Conversely, if you are doing it for work you would want to think about how you feel for each question when you are working. Best case is to be honest. People are rarely happy when they mislead to get a job that they might actually not be a good fit for. The tests are done for a reason.
