I just threw up and Ive been in cars and planes all day. I'm super tired but I can't sleep cause I feel awful! Any tips?
If you have some ginger ale that should be able to help settle your stomach. Also try some dry toast that could help dry up some of the juices. It sounds a bit like the flu. If the coldness doesn't get better, or the dizziness doesn't get better, then you should consider going to your local emerg or go to your doctors.
try a cool wash cloth on the back of your neck or on your forehead.
maybe take a tylenol and drink a whole glass of water.
turn off the lights and at least lie down and let yourself relax.
taking a dramamine can make you feel less nauseous and help you sleep, it is an over the counter motion sickness pill.
~~Have someone buy you Ginger tablets (any health food store has them as well as most large stores carrying supplements). It relieves nausea in about 10 minutes after taking.
You either got the flu or bad food. Check you temp and makes sure you don't have a fever to tend to.
Gets lots of rest and eat only soft food for a day or two. Jello, broth, applesauce, etc. and drink plenty of fluids. Feel better soon!~~
