Maybe you all could help me with this odd question. I found a very cool 2000 Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer at an auction and decided to buy it as a secondary vehicle. I paid it in full with my debit and the payment was processed, they transfered the registration over to me/title ect. and I was on my way.
I took it home and that day and I could almost swear it showed the money was taken out of my account in my online statement (not certain though), but since the first day I bought the car, the transaction disappeared from my statement completely and the money is still there?
It has been several days and my balance still hasn't changed.
What do I do? Did they make a mistake and forget to charge me before transferring the title? Babalu Blog: June 2008 Archives:: They took the video down after brought attention to it. to the elections equipment that many counties rushed out and bought after the 2000 elections. http://www.babalublog.com/archives/2008_06.htmlHOME |
I have not received a call from the auction company about re-processing the payment either, so I'm not sure what is going on. Maybe they go through so many cars they didn't realize they didn't charge me?
What should I do?
don't call them and keep it low key...but make sure you keep the money in the account because it can go out n e day now
They will charge you. There's been times where it took a week for money to come out of my account. Sometimes it takes up to 10 days. Don't spend the money. If it's not taken out after 14 days then you got a free truck my friend.
