Hi Kitty,
You can only delete a question you've asked while it is still open for answers. During that time, pass your mouse over the Edit button (pencil) on the action bar under your question and click Delete Question.

Some people in here stated that you can delete your question. Also, I found out after answering and posting a lengthy reply with a lot of research materials for sup[port. discoverred to my dismay, the questioner retrieve their questions. So, it's possible.
