You should really look into http://www.kmdtackle.com before hitting the bass pro's. These guys are all about steel head fishing and can get you up and running in no time flat. Let me put it like this, why just look at a picture and guess if it's okay to use (in your case, ask here) when you can talk directly to one of these knowledge guys and get the right gear? Yes, its an OK outfit to use, just because you have $200 doesn't mean that's how much you have to spend, i suggest the 8wt it will handle most steelhead with ease. There's no point spending lots of money on gear when you're just starting out fly fishing, you may discover you really don't like it, use the spare cash to buy flies leaders etc, which are the most important parts when you're starting out.
