    Instead of having to copy the formula down manually on each sheet, is there a formula that will recognize if the rows in the columns have data in them, so the formula will stop if the cells in the rows in column J:L are empty (no data)?

  • First, enter the sheet names in a range of cells, let's say A2:A6. Then, try the following formula...

    =SUMPRODUCT(SUMIF(INDIRECT("'"&A2:A6&"'!J:L"),"<>"))
